Yes. When the dietary fat is removed from food, it literally taste like cardboard. In order to make the food palatable again, they add sugar and other chemicals (lab designed) stuff in the food. So majority of low-fat food contains tons of sugar. You need healthy fat in your diet. Fat and Protein are essential nutrients our body produce and need for each cell to function properly. Carbs is the only thing our body don’t product, that we add artificially to our bodies – which is not an essential nutrient.
