It really depends on you as an individual and what your dietary history is. Nutrition is not a one size fits all. But on average, I see my clients lose anything from 400g – 1kg a week. To drop a dress size you might be looking at a weight loss of approximately 3–6 kg? So I’m assuming you have about 15kg–24kg to lose? Which could take you about 3–6 months. I do have clients that have lost 22kg in 4 months. Hope that helps.
